Car Rental Process
Vehicle Information
Our Customer Support Executive will provide complete details about the available vehicles, including specifications, rental rates, features, and terms.
Selection of Vehicle
Customers can choose a vehicle either online or offline, based on their individual requirements and preferences.
Document Collection
Collect and verify all necessary documents, such as:
- Valid Emirates ID
- Valid Driving License
- Passport
- Contact Number
- Email ID
Vehicle Checklist
The customer can verify that all essential vehicle documents are available, such as:
- Registration Card
- Insurance Document
- Salik Tag (if applicable)
Contract Agreement
The customer must fill out and sign the rental contract in writing, confirming agreement to the terms and conditions.
RTA Portal Submission
Upload all verified documents to the RTA portal, including:
- Emirates ID
- Driving License
- Passport
- Signed Rental Contract
Payment Collection
Collect the Deposit Amount and the applicable rental amount (monthly or as agreed)
Vehicle Key Handover
We offer two convenient options for vehicle key handover:
1. Office Pickup:
The customer can directly collect the vehicle from our office. Our staff will assist with the final inspection, ensure all required documents are in order, and hand over the keys after a quick briefing about the vehicle's features and condition.
2. Home or Location Delivery:
For customer convenience, we provide pickup and drop-off services. Our team will deliver the vehicle to the customer’s specified location, conduct a brief vehicle walkthrough, and hand over the keys after confirming all necessary documents and approvals.
